Rainbow Songs® allows two makeup classes per session, space permitting, to be used in the session in which the scheduled class(es) are missed. It is possible that your makeup class will not be at the same location as you regular class. As offering makeup classes depends on space availability we can not guarantee that the class time you desire for a makeup class will be available. 

Prior to attending a make-up class you must ensure you have obtained a confirmation e-mail and number via our online booking system, as most of our classes run close to or at capacity and we need to have the ability to track where and when people are taking makeup classes.

The following procedure MUST be followed to do makeup classes:

1. Sign into your account on the online booking system and select "Book a Make-up Class".  You will be able to find make-up spots available for the next 4 weeks and can select your preferred class from here.
2. After you book your makeup class, an email voucher will be sent to you with your Makeup Class Confirmation Number, the time and date of your makeup class.
3. You need to print your email voucher, bring it to class, and present it to the instructor. If you do not have access to a printer, you may write down your Makeup Class Confirmation Number and bring it to the instructor at the beginning of class.

IF YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR VOUCHER OR MAKEUP CLASS CONFIRMATION NUMBER, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TAKE YOUR MAKEUP CLASS.

PATRONS THAT JUST "SHOW UP" FOR MAKEUP CLASSES WILL BE REFUSED ADMISSION.

Missed classes from past sessions cannot be applied to current sessions, as make-up classes MUST be used in the session in which they are missed.  No exceptions.
