I was having a discussion today with one of my university profs and it turns out that he co-wrote this song in 1995 at a camp in Ontario. As most camp counsellors would do, he and his co-worker gave it back to the camp without copyrighting it. My prof’s name is Troy Glover. I normally do actions with the song.
Moose = Moose antlers on my head
Juice = making a saucer with one hand and sipping a pretend cup with the other
Bed = Hands together to the side of your head like you’re sleeping
Care = hands crossed over your chest
Hair = touch hair
Sticky = grab at your shirt a couple times like its sticky

My version of the song is much like the one that you have posted in the body of this page, but I did a little bit of research and found that there are no copyrights to the song, and as far as I am able to find, no marketed recordings exist. As I was looking, though, I did stumble upon a bunch of variations and these two versions popped up:
